Description:
Methyl Diantilis, a Givaudan captive for several years, is an elegant, spicy/sweet ingredient with a similar olfactive note to Isoeugenol, but with an additional powdery aspect reminiscent of carnation (Dianthus caryophyllus). Unlike Isoeugenol, it is much less susceptible to discolouration and, importantly, is not restricted by IFRA.
